Uploading New Files
To upload files for General Printing to use, we have provided you with a Client File Upload Tool.
To use that tool, follow these steps:
  1. Click on "Upload New File"
  2. Enter the number of files to upload (1-9)
  3. Click "Submit"
  4. For each upload requested, browse to the copy of the file on you computer (e.g.: c:\Documents and Settings\Default User\My Documents\my_test_file.pdf)
  5. After browsing for each file, click "Submit"
  6. Note: File names will be altered on upload
    1. All spaces and hyphens will be changed to underscores (_)
    2. All apostrophes will be removed
    3. All letters will be changed to lower case.
    Example:
    Before - Fred's File-Upload Instructions.pdf
    After - freds_file_upload_instructions.pdf
Maintaining File List
Any files that you have uploaded will be visible in the "Current File(s) Uploaded From You" area
  1. To add a comment, click the "Edit File Details" button next to that file, then type the comment into the "Description" field and click "Update File Description"
  2. To delete a file, click the "Edit File Details" button next to that file, then click "Delete File"
    Note: There is no verification or undo for the delete function, but you can re-upload any files deleted accidentally.
    Note: You can only delete files that you have uploaded - not files uploaded for you by us.
